I followed the eating plan the best way I could, but I didn't see the results I wanted especially around my waist. I think the lack of cardio and eating properly is my problem. I've recently started crossfit (2-3 times weekly) and I also weightlift (4-5 times weekly). I'm beginning to see results but I have a long way to go. My problem was that I didn't have an after plan, went straight to my old eating pattern. The weight came back with a vengeance, and then some. Everyone said I looked the same, so why not eat what I want. Wrong, now I hate myself and am trying to hit phase 2, to lose the weight.
