  2. I'm also wondering what Suzy is wondering. I want lean muscle, but not sure of what protein powder is the best. I am currently using the Cytosport Muscle Milk chocolate protein powder. It's lactose free and has 32 grams of protein per serving. I usually keep it in my shaker and mix it with water directly after i workout!
